Kwak Dong Yeon Confirmed For New tvN Drama With Song Joong Ki And Jeon Yeo Bin
Kwak Dong Yeon will be joining Song Joong Ki and Jeon Yeo Bin in tvN’s “Vincenzo”!
The upcoming tvN drama “Vincenzo” tells the story of an Italian Lawyer and Mafia consigliere Vincenzo Cassano who moves back to Korea due to a conflict within his organization. In Korea, he gets involved with the tough lawyer, Hong Cha Young. Together, they bring justice using unethical methods. Soon, the dark heroes go head to head with true villains who cannot be brought down using unlawful methods.
Actor Kwak Dong Yeon will play Jang Han Seo, the head of Babel Group. Accustomed to power and wealth from a very young age, he is a violent figure fixated on winning. To the viewers, Jang Han Seo is an authoritarian and a tyrant with a guilty conscience but within him, he is insecure and is burdened by his many fears.
Kwak Dong Yeon will work alongside with Song Joong Ki, Jeon Yeo Bin and 2PM’s Taecyeon. Song Joong Ki plays the Italian Lawyer and Mafia consigliere, Vincenzo Cassano.
Jeon Yeo Bin plays his partner in crime, Hong Cha Young and Taecyeon will star as the intern Jang Jun Woo.
Kwak Dong Yeon made his acting debut in 2012 with “My Husband Got a Family” and later went on to star in many other dramas like “Modern Farmer”, “Love in the Moonlight”, “Fight For my Way”, “My ID is Gangnam Beauty”, “Doctor Detective” and more.
He is famous for his detailed protrayal of his given characters and has starred in plays and musicals. He recently made a special appearance in the tvN drama “It’s Okay to not be Okay”.
“Vincenzo” will be directed by Kim Hee Won of “Money Flower” and “The Crowned Clown” together with screenwriter Park Jae Bum who wrote “Good Manager” and “The Fiery Priest”
