Upcoming Drama “18Again” Sets New Premiere Date + Unveils Fun Poster
JTBC’s “18 Again” has announced it’s new release date!
“18 Again” is based on the American film with the title “17 Again” which tells the story of a man on the brink of divorce who suddenly finds himself back of his 18 year old self, when he was a rising basketball star.
Yoon Sang Hyun is the older version of the protagonist and Lee Do Hyun will play the 18 year old counterpart.
The drama was initially scheduled to air on September 7, but it’s Premiere was delayed when JTBC halted all drama production due to the recent spike of Covid-19 cases in South Korea.
The producers of “18 Again” announced, “The premiere date has officially been finalized, and the drama will begin airing on September 21.”
“We sincerely thank all of the viewers who have been waiting for ’18 Again’ for a long time. To make up for the long wait, we are currently doing everything we can to bring you an even more romantic, relatable, and entertaining drama. We ask that you show a lot of anticipation for ’18 Again.’” They added.
A new poster was also released for the upcoming drama. The fun poster shows Jung Da Jung ( played by Kim Ha Neul) next to her husband Hong Dae Young, who is split into his younger and older selves.
The caption on the poster reads, “My husband, who seemed like my nemesis, has become 18!”
“18 Again” will premiere on September 21 at 9:30 p.m. KST.
