The cast of “The King: Eternal Monarch” had a reunion!

On November 8, Korean actor, Lee Min Ho updated his Instagram with two photos that show Lee Min Ho, Woo Do Hwan, Kim Go Eun, Kim Kyung Nam, Jung Eun Chae, and Kim Yong Ji enjoying a wholesome meal with drinks.
In one of the photos, Lee Min Ho literally made a toast to Woo Do Hwan’s head, Kim Go Eun seems to be the one who took the two pictures.

The post was captioned “Let’s toast to your head” to which Woo Do Hwan commented, “It’s a good head to toast to”.

Woo Do Hwan is currently serving out his term in the military and was granted military leave. It seems the actors gathered to see their friend during his military leave.

Kim Go Eun uploaded the same images on her own Instagram page and captioned, “‘The King’ after a long time” with a heart emoji.

The kdrama, “The King: Eternal Monarch” aired earlier this year, the drama tells the story of Emperor Lee Gon (Lee Min-Ho) and detective Jung Tae Eul (Kim Go Eun). The two beings live in parallel universes, one where Korea is a constitutional monarchy and one that is similar to the modern-day republic.
