EXO’s Kai Joins UNICEF’s Campaign To Help Children In Need
EXO’s Kai has joined hands with UNICEF to play virtual Santa to children in need this festive season!
The UNICEF’s campaign allows participants to take essential items like ready-to-use therapeutic foods, supplements, vaccination kits, blankets and more as gifts to less privileged children around the world using an online platform.
This will run through December 31.
UNICEF left a statement announcing Kai’s participation in the event. The organization stated, “Kai has donated his time and efforts in the midst of his busy schedule to encourage others to join the campaign. We want to thank him for this. We also ask for more Santas to join us as children are going through difficult winters this year, especially with COVID-19.”
EXO’s Kai explained, “This year, which was tough on the children as well, is coming to an end. I was led to participate in this campaign because I hope for all the children across the world to at least have a special Christmas. Please join us in bringing a warm light to their winter.”
